Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analysing complete spectrum of the financial product:
    • Calculating the returns of various asset classes and the scheme at a set frequency
    • Evaluating the product basket based on parameters like standard deviation, beta, rolling returns, sharpe ratio, etc
    • Explaining the products to various wealth managers and resolving their queries if any
    • Keep abreast of various regulatory and the policy changes, market trends, revenues offered, etc
  2. Preparing product presentations:
    • Updating various marketing and presentation literatures
    • Preparing client specific presentations based on the feedback of the wealth managers
    • Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements basically through financial planning process.

    • Liaison with various third party product providers
    • Conducting due diligence of new and existing products
  5. Assisting the wealth managers to ensure prompt servicing and updates to the clients:
    • Preparing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the new clients coming on board and updating the same for existing clients
    • Undertake complete portfolio analysis and need based analysis of HNI, Ultra HNI and corporate clients.
    • Coordinate with wealth managers to understand the client requirements and taking investment decisions for the clients
    • Recommend strategies that clients can use to achieve their financial objectives
    • Provide various Investment performance reports and summaries to the clients
  6. Ensure ongoing self-development.

Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep a day-to-day record of Mutual funds transactions, process it and KYC procedure, send renewals to the clients, and follow up with them.
  • Mutual fund form filling through manual or software.
  • Maintain a record of pending Transactions/Policies in Register and transaction checking with Software/RTA Record
  • Send acknowledgements, account statements and policies to clients by Email or courier.
  • Maintain a record of investors' documents, information and policies under one roof.
  • Receive the forms and cheques from Investors.
  • Knowing all KYC procedures in Mutual Fund.
  • Provide complete support to clients and Wealth RM’s regarding Customer Service and ensure proper coordination and executions of transactions.

  1. Sourcing of New Clients
    • Aim to explore one’s existing client base, including the natural market, to set up a good foundation for the career ahead.
    • Prospect new client relationships by engaging in multiple activities like referrals, social networking, utilizing social platforms, attending conferences, and even cold calling high-quality databases.
    • Maintaining a log of client concerns or feedback and evaluating them for better success rates.
    • Aim to build new AUM and expand & deepen existing relationships to enhance the overall AUM.
    • Achieve budgeted targets regarding the number of clients/volume of business & assets.

    • Call clients periodically to review their investment needs and to determine whether market changes, life situations, economic trends, or financial performance indicate a need for portfolio reassessment.
    • Provide various Investment performance reports and summaries to the clients.
  3. Research and Analytics
    • Research, investigate and regularly update the team regarding available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into client portfolios.
    • Analyze each client portfolio on an ongoing basis to ensure that the overall Asset Allocation is in line with long term objectives; Assess the needs for Asset Rebalancing; Identify laggards in the portfolio and analyze if such underperformance is temporary or if it needs a portfolio action.
    • Coordinate with product and research team to suggest practical investment ideas to the clients.
  4. Ensure ongoing self-development

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing relationships
    • Undertake complete portfolio analysis for HNI, Ultra HNI and corporate clients.
    • Cross-sell products and services to clients as per their lifestyle needs, risk requirements while keeping in mind their overall financial objectives.
    • Understand clients’ needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services.
    • Recommend strategies that clients can use to achieve their financial objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, setting up of trusts, formulating of Wills, Tax issues, besides just investment planning to ensure that you are positioned as the client’s primary consultant.
    • Prepare financial plans and Investment Policy statement for the clients.
    • Support investment professionals or relationship managers to cultivating or enhancing client relationships.
    • Analyze each client portfolio on an ongoing basis to ensure that the overall Asset Allocation is in line with long term objectives; Assess the needs for Asset Rebalancing; Identify laggards in the portfolio and analyze if such underperformance is temporary or if it needs a portfolio action.
    • Call clients periodically to review their investment needs and to determine whether market changes, life situations, economic trends, or financial performance require a portfolio reassessment.
    • Maintains and builds referral channel and develop strong partnerships to ensure investment needs of current and potential customers are met or exceeded.

Job Responsibilities:

Role will involve managing the Product & Research team. Keeping abreast about the financial trends, market movements, latest products available in the market, etc. Person should have a holistic approach; he/she should understand the product, its entire product cycle in depth while being able to drive the entire process and offer guidance to the team. Overall activities will include, product management, team management, keeping abreast of changes in rules, regulations, conducting client portfolio reviews, product communication, etc

  1. Team Management
    • Manage the team, allocation of work and monitoring the same at regular intervals.
    • Formulate the plan for the year, breaking the activities into months and week.
    • Understand the strength and weakness of the members, scale the subordinate to their potential.
  2. Initiate New Product Launch
    • Research, investigate and regularly monitor any investment products / opportunities/ financial market trends to determine whether they fit into client portfolios.
    • Evaluate the products based on various risk and returns parameters.
    • Prepare a product note, presentation, literature.
    • Onboarding of the product, brokerage negotiation, documentation etc to be completed.
    • Conducting training of the entire team, explaining various details, and resolving their doubts and concerns.
    • Setting up process and systems in place that will ensure seamless execution, client service during the launch and post the investment.
    • Arrange for webinars or calls for internal team and external clients.
  3. Product Reviews
    • Organising calls with funds managers, industry veterans, etc for understanding the market behaviour, perception and its impact on the overall portfolio.
    • Preparing a review note and sending across to the team and the clients
    • Calculating the returns of various asset classes and the scheme at a set frequency
    • Evaluating the product basket based on several inhouse evaluation parameters.
    • Updating various marketing presentation, literatures, etc
    • Keep abreast of various regulatory and the policy changes, market trends, revenues offered, etc
  4. Product Communication
    • Preparing a note on the market update and sending it on a weekly basis to the clients.
    • Updating the product presentation on a weekly basis, or as required.
    • Sending across the returns comparison to the clients.
  5. Client Portfolio Review and Analysis
    • Undertake complete portfolio analysis for HNI, Ultra HNI and corporate clients and accordingly position products & services.
    • Preparing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the new clients coming on board and updating the same for existing clients
    • Recommend strategies that clients can use to achieve their financial objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, setting up of trusts, formulating of Wills, Tax issues, besides just investment planning to ensure that you are positioned as the client’s primary consult.
  6. MIS
    • Preparing reports on a monthly basis pertaining to the changes in Asset, revenue, performance of the wealth managers.
    • Monitoring the brokerage rates for each product and substantial changes if any to be escalated and reported to the management.
    • Maintaining a log of the client queries, concerns and resolutions.
